In this episode, Brad Jay has to explain to his father, that the military is not for him. Even when Brad's Dad told him skateboarding wasn't going to take him anywhere, he still followed his dreams. Naysayer after naysayer kept telling Brad to reevaluate his life goals. It seemed everyone at one point tried to tell him what was best for him. The key takeaway here is, to follow your dreams. Don't quit your day job, but follow your dreams and your passions. Sad but true. Brad Jay learns a very valuable lesson early in his successful announcing career. Sit down and be humble, learn how to take a compliment without being a complete A-hole. Being cocky is not conducive to a great career. People will want to work with a person that is humble and not a fricken jerk. Fellow workers, starting telling Brad that he had Braditude and that wasn't a good thing as he found out.
